And you know what I’ve realized? Costco is a treasure trove of yummy frozen pizzas. I’ve done several reviews on them already, including the Costco Motor City Pizza Co. Double Pepperoni Pizza and the Costco Kirkland Signature Frozen Cheese Pizza!

But today’s topic of conversation is the Costco Bellatoria Sausage Italia Pizza. Is it as good as it looks in the pic?

All you need to do is preheat your oven to 425F. Remove the pizza from the packaging and place it on the middle rack. Bake for 12 to 16 minutes and enjoy. It couldn’t be easier, right!?

Ensure your pizzas remain in the freezer until you’re ready to bake them.

Taste

Now it’s time for my favorite part – talking about the flavors!

Overall, I give the Costco Bellatoria Sausage Italia Pizza two thumbs up. It’s a pretty good pizza, especially if you only like sausage on your pie.

Let’s take a closer look at what I thought:

• Toppings – The toppings were excellent! The cheese and sauce were delicious and just the right amount. The sausage was also scrumptious – and there were tons of sausage chunks. Sausage lovers will definitely enjoy this pie!
• Crust – The crust was “meh.” I didn’t enjoy the texture. It was almost cardboard, yet chalklike. It fell apart really easily. Did it taste bad? No. It didn’t really have a flavor. And to be honest, the toppings overpowered the crust anyhow. It wasn’t a big deal.

The next time I make this pizza, I will throw some other toppings on top – simply because I enjoy more than just sausage on my pizza. I think this would taste amazing with pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, and some fresh arugula!

The ingredient list isn’t *too* overwhelming, especially when compared to other frozen pizzas.

You should not eat Costco Bellatoria Sausage Italia Pizza if you’re allergic to milk, wheat, or soy.

One-fourth of the Costco Bellatoria Sausage Italia Pizza will set you back 320 calories with 18 grams of fat, 22 grams of carbs, and 15 grams of protein. 

Not “healthy,” but I’d say it’s one of the better frozen pizzas nutritionally-wise.

I really enjoyed eating the Costco Bellatoria Sausage Italian pizza. The toppings were impressive, especially the sheer amount of sausage chunks! If you love sausage, you will like this pizza.
