Bu araştırma, hemşirelerin duygusal zeka ve kişilik özelliklerinin örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı... more Bu araştırma, hemşirelerin duygusal zeka ve kişilik özelliklerinin örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı üzerinde etkisini belirlemeye yönelik olarak yapılmıştır. Araştırma evrenini Kastamonu Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesinde görev yapan 150 hemşire oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak anket yönteminden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırmada "Rotterdam Duygusal Zeka Ölçeği", " A ve B Tipi Kişilik Özellikleri Ölçeği" ve "Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Davranışı Ölçeği" kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda hemşirelerin Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Davranışı ile Duygusal Zeka düzeyleri arasında pozitif yönlü zayıf bir ilişki bir varken kişilik tipolojilerinin gerek duygusal zeka gerekse örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı ile anlamlı bir ilişki içinde olmadığı görülmektedir. Bununla beraber hemşirelerin kişilik tipolojilerinin duygusal zeka ölçeğinin alt boyutlarından Kendi-odaklı duygu değerlendirme ile pozitif, Diğerleri-odaklı duygu değerlendirme ile negatif ilişki içinde olduğu görülmektedir.

They also have strong and continuous interaction with their environment. The rapid and different production structure brought by technology and the diversification of consumers' need for goods and services force organizations to produce more and
compete with rivals. Achieving a competitive advantage and being a premier in the market are among the main goals and objectives of organizations, especially in recent years. Factors such as technology, production structure, product diversity, organizational structure, and product and service components of organizations provide significant
advantages in gaining a competitive advantage. In addition to these, the most important resource that is difficult to imitate for organizations to gain a competitive advantage and that will make a difference against their competitors in terms of competence and competence is human resources. The importance given to human resources by organizations that are aware of its power is increasing day by day. In this context, the
study aims to define the effect of the POS of the employees on OI and to determine the mediating role of the employees' trust in the organization in the relationship between the POS and OI. The sample of the study consists of 453 employees determined by the convenience sampling method in the production enterprises located within the organized
industrial zone in Niğde and Konya provinces. The hypotheses were analyzed by the structural equation method. According to the analysis, it is seen that there is a positive and significant correlation between POS and OI (p:0,000 r:0,907), a positive and significant relationship between OI and OT (p:0,000 r:0,821), and a positive and significant correlation between POS and OT (p:0,000 r:0,779). Besides, it was defined that OT has a mediating role in the effect of POS on OI.

Purpose. It consists in generalizing the system of financial monitoring of working capital, aimed... more Purpose. It consists in generalizing the system of financial monitoring of working capital, aimed at improving the efficiency of its use in industrial enterprises of Ukraine (on the example of PJSC Ukrnafta) and developing methodological approaches to forming a working capital management system in a market economy, the implementation of which will help ensure the competitiveness of economic entities. Design/methodology/approach. In order to achieve the stated goal, the following methods are used in the article: to characterize the aggregate indicators of the state and dynamics of working capital-tabular and graphical; in order to assess the state of working capital-coefficient analysis; to identify the features of the formation and placement of working capital of the enterprise-a comparative analysis; to determine the close relationship of working capital with the balance sheet, statement of financial performance and external factors-correlation; to study domestic and foreign experience in conducting research and using various methods to assess the effectiveness of working capital management-monograph; to detail the object of study and study its structural and functional components-analysis and synthesis; to justify the need for new scientific concepts and approaches to determining the nature of working capital-logical; to formulate conclusions-abstract-logical method. Conclusions. Based on the above, it can be stated that the formation and replenishment of working capital in the amount necessary for a smooth operating cycle, should be considered one of the main problems for the financial and economic activities of the enterprise. The stable functioning and dynamic development of the business entity depend on its solution. The activity of the enterprise can be considered effective only when it allows not only to rationally form but also to provide an active systematic search for sources of working capital replenishment for its further development. Practical implications. The practical implementation of the proposed measures to improve the efficiency of formation and use of working capital will allow the most efficient use of own resources to ensure stable financial performance. The analysis carried out is the basis for the development of measures for the effective management of working capital, and ultimately for strengthening the financial condition of the organization.

In this study, a 21-item scale has been developed in three phases. In the first part, the scope of the scale has been defined, and the literature was reviewed in this context. Thoughts of experts in the field have been received then in the second step, an item pool for scale has been created. In the third stage, the final version of the scale was prepared by taking into account the grammar rules. The scale has been applied to employees working basically in public institutions and universities involved in the preparation or implementation processes of the strategic planning. The sample size has been determined as 216 employees according to the random sample method besides Cronbach's alpha coefficient has been calculated for reliability. Exploratory Factor Analysis and Confirmatory Factor Analysis have been applied for the validity test. Bartlett and Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) tests have been used for sampling adequacy. The fit indices calculated in the confirmatory factor analysis were; RMSEA: 0.070, χ2: 1.846, SRMR: 0.039, NFI: 0.97, GFI: 0.85, CFI: 0.99. The findings have been shown that scale validity was achieved. Likewise, the reliability test result has been shown that the scale was two-dimensional and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.97.

Subjects were chosen from three large Australian automotive component manufacturing companies. A questionnaire was administered to 1,413 employees from forty-two countries of origin. A 97.8 percent response rate yielded 1,382 usable questionnaires. A significant correlation (.66) between organizational commitment and organizational climate was discovered.

davranışlarını... more Bu araştırma, otel işletmelerinde yöneticilerin sergilemiş oldukları etik liderlik
davranışlarının çalışanların örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı üzerine etkileri üzerine
odaklanmaktadır. Araştırmanın amacı, yöneticilerin sergiledikleri etik liderlik
davranışlarının çalışanların ÖVD üzerinde etkili olup olmadığını belirlemektir. Bu
amaçla Kastamonu ve Sinop illerinde faaliyet gösteren otel işletmelerinde 40
çalışandan yazılı soru sorma (online anket) tekniği ile veriler toplanmıştır.
Araştırmada uygulanan anket 41 sorudan oluşmakta olup 5 soru çalışanların
demografik özellikleri ile ilgili, 17 soru etik liderlik ölçeği ve 19 soru ise örgütsel
vatandaşlık davranış ölçeğini kapsamaktadır. Araştırma kapsamında belirlenen
hipotezleri test etmek için regresyon analizinden faydalanılmıştır. Araştırma
sonuçlarına göre, etik liderliğin diğerkâmlık, vicdanlılık, nezaket ve sivil erdem
boyutu üzerinde pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olduğu, centilmenlik
boyutu üzerinde ise anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olmadığı görülmüştür.

Bu rapor, Kuzey Anadolu Kalkınma Ajansı’nın 2012 yılında çağrısını gerçekleştirdiği Turizmin Çeşi... more Bu rapor, Kuzey Anadolu Kalkınma Ajansı’nın 2012 yılında çağrısını gerçekleştirdiği Turizmin Çeşitlendirilmesi ve Geliştirilmesi Mali Destek Programı’nın (TURGEP) program sonrası değerlendirme ve etki analizine yönelik olarak hazırlanmıştır. Mali Destek Programı’ndan bölgede faaliyet gösteren KOBİ statüsündeki işletmeler yararlanmıştır. Toplam bütçesi 6 milyon TL olarak belirlenmiş olan program kapsamında desteklenen ve tamamlanan 12 projeye 1.425.983,21 TL hibe sağlanmıştır. Destek tutarının düşük sonuçlanmasında program kapsamında uygulanan tefrişat kısıtlaması etkili olmuştur.

advantage. Artificial intelligence applications have become

their competitors[1]. Human resource management has a
strategic importance for organizations. Although the
technology used by the organizations, the goods and services
they produce can be imitated by their competitors, one of the
most important resource that cannot be imitated is human
resources. This situation increases the importance that
organizations attach to human resources management. With the
effect of globalization, organizations do not continue their
activities limited only to the certain region or geography

Küreselleşmenin etkisiyle birlikte artan rekabet koşulları, teknolojide yaşanan hızlı değişim ve ... more Küreselleşmenin etkisiyle birlikte artan rekabet koşulları, teknolojide yaşanan hızlı değişim ve gelişim örgütleri rakiplerine karşı rakabet üstünlüğü elde edecek yeni ürün, politika ve stratejiler geliştirmeye ve bunları uygulamaya zorlamaktadır. Örgütlerin sahip oldukları kaynakları etkili ve verimli kullanmalarında örgütsel iletişimin önemi oldukça fazladır. Örgütlerin taklit edilemeyen, rakipleri tarafından taklit edilmesi zor olan en önemli kaynağı insan kaynağıdır. Örgütsel iletişim, örgütler ile sahip olduğu insan kaynağı arasında güçlü bir bağ oluşturmak, belirlenen örgütsel amaç ve hedefleri sağlanmak için önem arz etmektedir. Bu doğrultuda araştırmanın amacı, Türkiye’de “Örgütsel İletişim” konusunda yapılan lisansüstü tezlerinin değerlendirilmesidir. Araştırmanın veri kaynağını Yüksek Öğretim Kurulu’nun tez tarama merkezinde erişime izin verilen, 2022-2012 yılları arasında örgütsel iletişim konusunda yapılan lisansüstü tezler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma nitel bir çalışma olup genel tarama modelinde hazırlanmıştır. Çalışmada nitel araştırma tekniklerinden doküman incelemesinden faydalanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, Türkiye’de örgütsel iletişim konusunda yapılan tezlerde en fazla nicel araştırma türü tercih edilmiş olup, kolayda örneklem çalışmalarda yoğun olarak kullanılmıştır. Araştırmacılar tezin hedefleri doğrultusunda veri toplamak için en fazla anketlerden yararlanmışlardır. Ayrıca doktora ve iletişim ile ilgili anabilim dallarında yapılan tezlerin azlığı dikkat çekmektedir. Araştırmanın sonucunda konuyla ilgili olarak araştırmacılar, öğrenciler ve ilgililer için gerekli öneri ve görüşlere yer verilmektedir.

These competitive conditions lead organizations to use their resources more effectively and efficiently. The importance of human resources which has an important role in providing competitive advantage and is difficult to imitate by competitors is increasing day by day. Human resources analytics is quite important issue in terms of enabling organizations to achieve competitive advantage and realizing their future goals and objectives. Human resources analytics enables organizations to gain a competitive advantage by analyzing the data of their human resources with the developed modules, identifying existing problems, and determining vital strategies. Human resources analytics enables organizations to manage their human resources practices more effectively and efficiently by taking a holistic view of human resources practices such as recruitment, performance evaluation, training development, wage management, and human resources planning. Due to its contribution, organizations make significant investments in human resources analytics. The recent developments in the field of technology and the innovations created by technology enable organizations to use human resources analytics more quickly. Considering the literature, it is noteworthy that although the number of foreign sources on the subject is high, the number of studies conducted and examined in this field in our country is low. However, it has become easier in today's conditions to imitate the products and technologies of the companies by their competitors. The importance of management innovation is increasing day by day as an important competitive advantage that is difficult to imitate by its competitors. It is very difficult in terms of content to apply management innovation by copying it from competing companies because it is specific to businesses [1]. Therefore, management innovation enables businesses to gain competitive advantage [2]. In the light of this information, it can be said that companies that implement management innovation in their activities, as in organizational culture, are one step ahead.

Organizations need to adapt to technological developments in

advantage. Artificial intelligence applications have become
the main priorities of organizations in order to keep up with
technological developments and distinguish themselves from
their competitors[1]. Human resource management has a
strategic importance for organizations. Although the
technology used by the organizations, the goods and services
they produce can be imitated by their competitors, one of the
most important resource that cannot be imitated is human
resources. This situation increases the importance that
organizations attach to human resources management. With the
effect of globalization, organizations do not continue their
activities limited only to the certain region or geography
they are in. In this respect, the qualified and competent
human resources of the organizations located in many different
regions and geographies can be obtained by the competitors of
the organizations.

compete with rivals. Achieving a competitive advantage and being a premier in the market are among the main goals and objectives of organizations, especially in recent years. Factors such as technology, production structure, product diversity, organizational structure, and product and service components of organizations provide significant
advantages in gaining a competitive advantage. In addition to these, the most important resource that is difficult to imitate for organizations to gain a competitive advantage and that will make a difference against their competitors in terms of competence and competence is human resources. The importance given to human resources by organizations that are aware of its power is increasing day by day. In this context, the
study aims to define the effect of the POS of the employees on OI and to determine the mediating role of the employees' trust in the organization in the relationship between the POS and OI. The sample of the study consists of 453 employees determined by the convenience sampling method in the production enterprises located within the organized
industrial zone in Niğde and Konya provinces. The hypotheses were analyzed by the structural equation method. According to the analysis, it is seen that there is a positive and significant correlation between POS and OI (p:0,000 r:0,907), a positive and significant relationship between OI and OT (p:0,000 r:0,821), and a positive and significant correlation between POS and OT (p:0,000 r:0,779). Besides, it was defined that OT has a mediating role in the effect of POS on OI.

davranışlarının çalışanların ÖVD üzerinde etkili olup olmadığını belirlemektir. Bu
amaçla Kastamonu ve Sinop illerinde faaliyet gösteren otel işletmelerinde 40
çalışandan yazılı soru sorma (online anket) tekniği ile veriler toplanmıştır.
Araştırmada uygulanan anket 41 sorudan oluşmakta olup 5 soru çalışanların
demografik özellikleri ile ilgili, 17 soru etik liderlik ölçeği ve 19 soru ise örgütsel
vatandaşlık davranış ölçeğini kapsamaktadır. Araştırma kapsamında belirlenen
hipotezleri test etmek için regresyon analizinden faydalanılmıştır. Araştırma
sonuçlarına göre, etik liderliğin diğerkâmlık, vicdanlılık, nezaket ve sivil erdem
boyutu üzerinde pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olduğu, centilmenlik
boyutu üzerinde ise anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olmadığı görülmüştür.
