The Megalodon Tek Saddle is used to ride a  Megalodon after you have tamed it. It is an upgraded version of the  Megalodon Saddle. See more information on saddles at the Saddles page.

Usage

In addition to providing more armor than the regular saddle, pressing the melee key (default Ctrl) while riding a Megalodon with the Tek Saddle will activate a laser helmet.

However, such functionality does not exist in ARK: Survival Evolved Mobile, and the saddle is instead used as better armor for the  Megalodon.

Engram

The engram is unlocked by killing the Gamma  Dragon.
On Mobile it can be found in the Dungeons.

Notes

• In mobile it is simply not worth the time to grind for it as it can't shoot element pulses and is far more expensive than normal megalodon saddles
