Human Resources Director at Aliança Cultural Brasil-Japão, he served as Coordinator for the collective mandate Quilombo Periférico (PSOL-SP) and as Advisor to the State Secretary of Education in São Paulo, where he created the Educational Technologies Guide and was responsible for the educational materials division. He worked in digital marketing at Google and in diversity and inclusion at Itaú Unibanco. Founder of Fea Social, he built a network of organizations with 300 active members that provide consultancy to the third sector, accelerate social entrepreneurs, and organize volunteering and social innovation events. He was an ambassador for the Brazil Conference at Harvard & MIT and is currently an ambassador for the France Alumni network of the French Government. He holds a master’s degree in Entrepreneurship and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Fea-USP, with an academic exchange in history at the Paris-Sorbonne University (Paris IV).
