The design is sleek and modern but the Apple is pretty useless. The app basically only locates their stores and some allow online ordering, not all. I can use google maps for finding a location and store hours.

The team should try adding a payment option and maybe a rewards program.

Still waiting for a special instructions field. It’s crazy that I order in advance on app for convenience but still have to run in before they start making my order to either state no ice or light ice, etc. Why can’t you allow special instructions??

Please add a special instructions field so I can add instructions like “light ice” or “light chocolate” or “add straw.” Every time I order my iced mocha, I have to run to the counter quickly to tell them my special instructions before it’s too late. Then wait around for my drink instead of just leisurely ordering then walking to the counter. Please, please add this field soon!! I’m Not sure what it wouldn’t have been included originally since in person ordering always allowed special instructions. I started using the app during Covid for safety and now I have to worry about this glitch.

This app seems to be wayyy too data heavy. It is so slow to load! I want to place my coffee order while I am on the subway two stops away, as it is usually perfectly timed foe pickup. While at the station, I have full service, 4bars 5G. Other apps and webpages load, but Bluebottle says "unavailable" the entire duration of the stop.

Not only can I not submit the order, but it doesn't load the menu, recent orders, or location list, so I cannot even queue up an order a few stops earlier. Like I said, this is not the case for other apps. This app has a finite and relatively small amount of content, it shouldn't take multiple minutes to load the Cappuccino product page.

Also, I wish the default were to cow milk (the long time historical standard of milks, and less $$$), or there were an option to choose your own default selection. I sometimes I forget to change the milk and it's annoying.

I also wish you could request "no cracked pepper" on the special drinks.

The drinks are insanely expensive, but many are these days and they taste good at least.
