Description
Put any kind of text on your Lock Screen or Home Screen so you won't miss it. It could be an important note, your goal, a list of tasks, etc. It also supports StandBy.
The app includes 10 widgets that lets you put different text on different Lock Screen configurations or Home Screen.
You can style parts of the text bold, italic, or strikethrough using Markdown.
Syncs seamlessly across your devices with iCloud.
Simply tap the widget to open the app to edit the text.
■ Shortcuts
The app is scriptable through the Shortcuts app, enabling a lot of powerful use-cases. For example, you could use an automation to change the text at a certain point in the day or at certain places. The only limit is your creativity.

Multiple text?
Can we have multiple text widgets BECAUSE I have 2 other lockscreens for work and chill time and I wouldn’t want to have the same text showing up. Also…I’m feeling like…could this possible be shared to family and friends? What I mean is- I don’t know if anyone else has done it but it would be cool if we could write a text and we can have shared with others on their lockscreen. This could be achieved if the app asks the contact to join the group in the app?
Anyway, it’s awesome! Thanks so much for all of your apps.

In the latest update, you have multiple widgets with different text. I will think about the sharing suggestion.
I love it! One suggestion.
The widgets help organize my Home Screen a whole lot. I’d definitely recommend this app to anyone. My one suggestion is adding custom widget backgrounds. This could be nice for quotes, and, if someone wants a “transparent” widget, they could add a section of their wallpaper to it.
Also, but not as necessary, maybe add the ability to edit the widget directly with “Edit Widget”. This I imagine could potentially have the ability to let people have unlimited widgets.
A Most Excellent App
This app is fantastic. I hike in the mountains a lot, where data connectivity is often unavailable, and the built-in weather widgets become entirely useless. I use Sindre’s Actions app to periodically cache weather data when available, and Any Text to permanently display weather conditions on my Lock Screen, including both sunrise and sunset together. Except for some documented issues with delayed display updates, it’s been great! Thanks!
