3.Grilled Lemongrass Chicken
Chicken is good with so many flavor profiles, but almost nothing beats the herby tanginess of lemongrass. This chicken is the perfect juicy, zesty, fresh, and tantalizing dish to make your day.
To make this dish, you make a quick paste of ginger, garlic cloves, lemongrass, honey, neutral oil, and kosher salt, then rub it all over your whole chicken.
Grill your chicken until golden brown and flowing with juices, around forty-five minutes, then drizzle with sriracha brown sugar sauce and serve.
The distinct lemon-pepper scent and the savory sweetness from the sauce, complements the mild, slightly sweet jasmine rice without overshadowing it.

This Korena bulgogi (barbecue beef) is smoky, juicy, tender, subtle sweet, and overall super amazing.
