Particularly for the price, I really can't complain. It fits a poster of the advertised size perfectly, and it holds it snugly enough that I didn't need to uncurl the poster first. I also appreciate that the hanging hooks are hinged rather than being the sort you just bend.

I would however advise people to be VERY careful when bending back the tabs that hold on the back of the frame, and then especially when pushing the back into place again. Several tabs weren't pushed completely flush and ended up getting smashed down, and I was only able to straighten them again with a metal tool and a pliers.

This is my second time ordering from MCS. I enjoy buying these frames for my glued puzzles, the price is affordable but dose not look cheep. The back is made of hard wood and not cardboard. It has two metal hanging clips already attached so no need to measure and put them on yourself. The frame is designed to hang vertical or horizontal pictures. It is not glass, but I do not need glass, it makes it too heavy then. there Plexiglass is perfect for what I use it for. The company covers it with two removable like plastic to keep it from scratching. On my last order I waited two months for my last frame to be delivered to me as when I placed-the-order they were out of stock. My only complaint is that they need more sizes available with more colors. Please, Please

Everything was neat. The packaging inside & out was spot on. If you need the instructions, they are easy to understand and implement. I was happy MCS offered this frame in white. It is perfect for a poster, but I wanted to mount a blocked canvas so I was disappointed that I could not remove the plexiglass. I made it work because I'd been searching for months & this fit the bill as closely as possible.

Looks good but lacks quality control

I have now purchased 5 of these frames. While they look good, they seem to have quality control issues. Out of all 5 that I have purchased only one of them was a quick 2 second process. They all seem to be slightly too small or in some cases not squared off perfectly.

Once you take the stiff board backing out, you place your poster in. It SHOULD just slip in and then you put the backing on and hang. However, because of the issues stated above sometimes the poster doesnt fit perfectly, causing you to crease the poster. Other times the poster goes in fine but the backing does not go back in as easily as it came out because the frame is slightly warped. The backing then becomes a fight because you have to use force and jam it back in past the prongs. This becomes annoying due to the amount of bending and twisting of the frame that you need to do, all while trying not to cause any damage to the frame.

This has happened on 4 out of the 5 I purchased. Making the whole thing way more cumbersome than it needs to be. While they look good; they feel cheap, don't fit posters perfectly, and seem to be made out of different materials each time. Also beware that the only thing holding the frame together is the glue on the plastic front and then 3 staples in each corner, very fragile when trying to bend or push to get backing back on.

Works perfectly with our decor! It’s not real wood but it does the job at a good price. Comes with a plastic cover as well. Most other wooden frames retailed at +100$ so this was the obvious choice.

Other than that, this is a very nice looking frame. The plexi glass is glass like. Doesn’t look too cheap. Durable and hangs well.
