We had priced ladders at all of the big box stores, but we didn't have a way to get a 28' ladder home without having it delivered. When looking online, other stores wanted $200 to deliver a similar ladder! We were so thankful for Amazon prime's free delivery charge with this ladder. The ladder itself is great. A little heavy, but fiberglass ladders will be. I felt safer on this ladder rather than the regular aluminum ladder we have.
