I have been using cheep knives sometimes even plastic for 20+ years of remodeling and repair. I am by no means professional though I usually don't have any sanding, just a wipe with wet terrycloth over a board. These Level 5 tools stepped up my game so much I can't put a number on it. Maybe 200% or so. They feel right, are balanced, the hollow grind has perfect flex for me. Yes, the label does peel off with ease and cleanup is a garden sprayer.

I did radius one corner but that's just my personal preference for working corners.

I can't believe how well mud spreads with these. Yes, you have to control them, the operative is you can without fighting.
