This is an excellent exercise matt. It is stitched very well. It is made of a rigid material (I believe it's vinyl?). You can move this matt around quite easily as it is so light in weight. Once you unfold it, it lays perfectly flat, with no gaps because it's stiff enough. The inside material of this matt is quite firm, it doesn't give in to your body weight like some sort of soft foam. You'd really have to dig in hard with your elbows or knees before you see any dents, and if you do make dents they'll reform back to the original flat shape after a few minutes....very nice. 🤗 The handles are sewn together with great precision...like a custom hand-woven basket. :) Of course, you can fold this matt and store it away in the tightest area of your home.

Excellent, extremely reliable purchase at an affordable price.

I’ve had this mat since February 2023 and it still comfy and has not ripped. I love it. I’ve had other mats that rip within a couple uses. I use it almost daily and can’t believe it’s lasted this long. I recommend.

My granddaughter loves it! It is not that huge, but she practices her cartwheels and stretches, and handstands. I think I will get a few more, wish it had the velcro so when you buy other mats they can stick together. However it is good quality, easy to fold and versatile.
