I used this to transform an old classroom laminate countertop & it turned out beautifully. The pictures don’t do it justice, & I still need to do the backsplash. As long as you have the right tools, smoothing out the bubbles is easy, just don’t press too hard or you could tear it. Application was easy and took about 45 minutes for the entire project. I used 3 1/2 rolls size 17.7 In X 118 In for the entire area. Plus, there was a sink so I just cut the wallpaper to fit the area.
5 stars for appearance, price, and durability! Excellent product.

I wanted my white makeup table to have more of a coastal look and this paper worked out great! It really looks like it has a distressed wood inlay now. Very happy with it! Easy to work with, it is a bit on the thin side but so far its holding up fine. Fantastic price and arrived quickly.

I first bought some of this to spruce up my art studio/office space. While it does require gentle handling, it went on really well and has held up really well. It repositions easily and has been more durable than I expected. I had a little leftover and decided to try it in my kitchen to cover up some very dated Masonite that was used as the backsplash. It adhered very nicely and and has been surprisingly durable and easy to clean. It also looks super cute. I ended up buying more, and then used the leftover to cover a banquet table that we use in our homeschool area. I have now ordered it a 3rd time to add a barn wood look wall to our basement around our hearth. It looks very nice and has held up better than I expected.

I was hoping to love this contact paper, but it does have its flaws. It’s much thinner than I was hoping for which makes it wrinkle a lot easier. However, it is easy to apply as long as you take your time and it looks good from a distance.

Used on my basement stairs and it's holding up great!

My basement stairs were a wreck after a flood, and I had to rip out my carpet. Instead of new carpet I decided to lightly sand and then use this, just to see....well it's been a couple of months of wear and tear but it is holding up well. I mean, it's thin...its still contact paper, but it was easy to install with little wrinkling, and has stayed put in the higher moisture environment of a basement. It's a more brown than the image portrayed, but it has some grays and soft whites in it. Definitely less expensive than new carpet or vinyl, which I will probably do someday, but this works for the time being.

Ok so for my specific situation, using these instead of painting were the best option. I needed something wuiciy with no fumes. I needed this for general decor and for a nice background while making YT videos and streaming. Here is what I wish I had known:
1) I'm a month in but so far it IS sticking to unloanted drywall. This wall was too high to "clean" beforehand so there is that.
2) It does stick. So far, no peeling despite it lacking paint or primer.
3) BUBBLES/ flaws- on a painted wall, I see this being no issue. For me, the wall is uneven and has a few "dips". Yes this shows it not enough to really bug me. If you're a little neurotic (U know who you are) skip this and paint.
4) despite my comment above, it hides many flaws very well.
5) It is SHINY to an extent. I can see this effecting me while filming with lights. I won't know until I do so. It isn't too extreme, for a home I think it's fine but again, for me having lights on me, probably won't be ideal.
6) COST. I get that this item is convenient, but I was surprised at how little this covered. I used up one roll just covering one "strip" of wall from top to bottom and then half of another "strip". It would cost me 10x the amount to do a full room as paint. This of COURSE is not the sellers fault. I measured wrong and so that is on me. Please measure for what you need.
7) Looks awesome. All in all this can really give your space a fancy rustic upgrade. I plan on ordering another color to cover my ugly plastic black desk.

Loved the way this turned out. Hated the colour of my dining table and chairs and this was much easier than sanding and painting. It’s easy to adjust and remove if the placement is off. Only issue was it was not entirely secure on the unfinished sides of the furniture. Still great though.

I used this for the back inside wall of a cabinet I’m refinishing. It was very easy to apply and to readjust, and it has a nice look when done. I would definitely buy this product and other patterns again. The “boards” are not large, they are 2-3” wide. They are great for a small project like this but I’m not sure they would look right for a large project like a feature wall.

The wallpaper is terrific! It is easy to hang with no water troughs and slimy messes! Once attached LEVEL on the wall. it is easy to unroll, pull down the backing and smooth the paper from the center so that it lies flat against the wall. Air bubbles are easy to smooth out and you can lift the paper and restick it without a problem. The grid on the back really helps to cut the paper to size easily. The vinyl type finish will make it easy to clean in my kitchen. The odor when unrolling it was noticeable but dissipated quickly. I am really happy with the result and would buy this product again!
