First, this feels like the most well-built utility knife ever. It's both very sturdy and very comfortable. It's basically all metal (a very solid-feeling aluminum, I think), but with rounded corners and finger indentations that make for a positive grip. If a utility knife is your primary tool for hours every day, you might want to find one more molded to your hand, but for anything short of that, this is ideal.I do have a few minor complaints:Replacing the blade can be somewhat fiddly. The button to release and insert the blade is small and in an awkward position. Also, the blade can rotate in such a way when you're inserting it such that it stops before it's all the way in. It's possible to think that it's fully inserted and not have the blade locked in place. I opened it up and found the catch points. (See attached photos.) I think it would be possible to round these over so they don't catch in the way they do. (I also noticed after I got it open that it's designed to allow you to insert a blade without pressing the button. It may also be possible to make this work better.)Unfolding the knife is awkward. I think it's designed for you to press the lock button and flip it open like a Star Trek communicator, and this works fine, but it's silly. It would be nice for it to be spring-loaded. Also, it relies on the pivot being very smooth, which it is, but I can see how that would get less smooth over time. And if you do have to use two hands, the thumb notch to pull on the "blade" is very close to the pivot, which is a somewhat awkward position.Finally, if you need to set it down on a flat surface, there aren't really any flat sides to the knife. Of the two "scale" sides, the sides you'd normally put on a flat surface, one has the lock button and the other has the belt clip. (And even if you removed the belt clip, there's some molding to do with the belt clip that prevents the side from being flat. The narrow edges are actually a better choice for setting it down flat, but that's not intuitive, and they're slightly curved, so it's still not a great choice.
This knife was recommended to me by a friend. I’m using it mainly as a utility knife and I love it. It’s nice always and easily and cheaply having a sharp blade. And I like that it holds additional spare blades, has the twine, etc. cutter when it closed and that it can be opened one handed with very little practice. And you can also easily flip it closed to put back on your pocket one handed. I don’t mind the material that it’s made out of like other reviewers have mentioned. My ONLY issue is that I’m right handed and when it’s in my right side pocket with the clip up (clipped onto the edge of my pocket) it comes out upside down from the way I’d like it to in order to easily draw it, flip it open and use it. It isn’t a big enough deal to not use it, return it or rate it poorly. It’s more of a minor nuisance and certainly something that I’ve gotten used to and am over in a very short timeframe. I’d highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great utility knife. I’ll buy buying another one shortly for use at work.
There is absolutely nothing about this knife that I don't like.
Blade storage is easy to access. Changing blades is easy. Folds to carry like a pocket knife, or you can clip it on with a strong yet unobtrusive belt clip. Super sturdy. Feels great in the hand.
Without question my favorite utility knife I have ever owned, and that's a lot over the last 40 years or so.
Somehow I lost my old Milwaukee utility knife I had had for years. I'm still looking for it. But this is definitely an upgrade. I like that I can cut hay bale twine without opening the knife and I really like the fast open feature. I always have to have a utility knife with me in the barn so this will more than fulfill that need. Great product.

I think it would be possible to round these over so they don't catch in the way they do. (I also noticed after I got it open that it's designed to allow you to insert a blade without pressing the button. It may also be possible to make this work better.)

I love this utility knife. I use it constantly. It is handy and compact. It flips out easily. It is always sharp. Thinner is always nice, but it's well made and super utilitarian.
The knife is very solid and even after a year of daily use the knife is solid. The included blades are nice and sharp and good for cutting anything from tape and boxes to fabric and clothe. Fits very nicely into a pocket and for the price is a great knife for construction use or household uses.
I’ve had this knife for five years now. When you pick it up you notice it’s heft and the quality feel of its textured slightly grippy surface. It has a recognizable feel. By that i mean I can stick my hand into the box where it’s kept in a high cupboard with many other items and quickly distinguish it and bring it down. The pivoting action is still crisp and the unit shows no where after five years of light use around the house. I also like the fact it stores extra blades. The mechanism for ejecting the blade is precise and reliable. Loading a new blade is a cinch. I have not used the wire stripper, but it looks like a nice feature if you’re in a pinch. Ergonomically it feels nice in the hand when cutting.
