This product was gotten for someone, but I looked at it and it seems sturdy and the fabric is solid. I feel it will do the job of holding root vegetables very well.

The burlap is good quality and will last for awhile

Extremely durable and tough. I use this for my garlic and potatoes and they store very well in it. The burlap is good quality and will last for awhile. The only thing different I did was line the bottom with newspaper because I don't wash my root veggies for storage and the dirt tends to filter through the burlap.

Burlap is good quality and fit the crate well. Super easy to assemble. Keep carrots, potatoes, onions, garlic, apples for months

I purchased this product to keep root vegetables during winter time.

The product was easy to put together, but first stay together well. The are a cork screw type wire to hold the sides together. The cork screws don't stay and then the sides will fall apart. The burlap lining doesn't really work well in the basket. It doesn't fit the shape very well. Overall the materials this is made from are poor.

Now for the functionality. Not great either. My root vegetables didn't keep well in this product. They rotted faster than if I had them out in the kitchen counter. This product didn't work like it said.

Overall this was a waste of my money.
