It's rare that I am really, really impressed with a product. But on this one, I AM!! So well-engineered and precision-built, I would think it would cost $500+. For the price it's unbeatable. So compact, so light. Great mechanism, very sturdy.

I bought it to access my attic since my access panel doesn't have built-in stairs (nor can it dimensionally easily accommodate stairs without significant structural re-arranging.) While it works perfectly for that, I'm thinking about buying another.....I can throw it in the back of the car and always have a ladder with me.

Not sure how well it would do in dirty work outside when the sliding parts get grit in them. But for an inside or light-duty ladder, it's amazing.

I even thought about buying an extra long one and storing it in a 2nd-story bedroom closet as an out-the-window fire escape since it can be deployed downwards while holding the top rung. I'm sure that's not an officially sanctioned use, but it would be better than jumping!

This ladder has exceeded all my expectations. I’m a full time RV’er and wanted to try out a telescoping ladder for space-saving purposes but was hesitating on the cost and unsure if they were quality built and sturdy.
This product has delivered and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Using it consistently around the house, inside and out. It is tall enough to reach the attic and gutter, allows us to reach the ceiling for painting. The wide base has kept us safe during the painting we did this summer. Enjoy the ability to fold it down and store it in my closet behind the clothes so the kits don't attempt to play with it. Fold down function works smooth, even after having to drain the rain water out of the air gaps in it. Nicely made and easy to use.

A must in a travel trailer. I had a folding aluminum ladder in my fifth wheel, but then bought a 22’ bumper pull with a lot less storage space as well as carrying capacity. So I thought this ladder would work better. It does extend and collapse easily to a much smaller size than the folding, but it does weight more than you’d might think. The sturdiness is good at full extension and collapsing takes a little getting use to. Watch the fingers ! Overall I do like it

The seller contacted me unsolicited and offered to refund my money or replace the ladder. I opted to go the replacement route. After checking out the new ladder everything seems solid and strong. I think the old ladder must have been damaged during delivery. The new ladder looks and feels strong. Great seller! Thanks for standing behind your products! Would not hesitate to buy again!

The first time I went to use this ladder it collapsed on me and I narrowly avoided serious injury. The top rung completely separated from the rest of the ladder and I dropped to the ground. Return window has closed and now I’m stuck with a pile of parts.

It straps onto the back side of my bike rack and is much more versatile than a fixed ladder to the back of the van (and cheaper). The way in collapses is magical and fun to do. Bought this to get on top of RV to clean off when camping. Could be a bit longer, but I knew that when I bought it, that’s not a comment on the product.
Very lightweight. Easy to deploy and easy to collapse. Takes up very little space in the truck bed.
I was using my versaladder, this is way lighter and way smaller to store.
If you’re looking for portability, this is a no-brainer purchase.
I probably wouldn’t use for regular construction as with my versaladder of extendable aluminum (both of which are longer and heavy duty), but this collapsible ladder does what i wanted it to do.
