The show fittings arrived and look and work great when fitted by our contractor. Our contractor fitted the pipework too deep in the wall, meaning the flow diverter needed an additional extender to fit right. The vendor were happy to supply that at no additional charge so we could complete our project. Amazing service :-)

The shower system works great and provides a really nice shower spray from the wand and rainfall heads. It was easy to install, and their customer service is over the top as they were very supportive and resolved a minor issue quickly. And it looks great.
My 1st encounter was a question from their directions. They responded the next day clarifying my concern.
The 2nd encounter was a minor issue with the shower wand holder (mount to the wall). Again, they responded immediately and once they knew the issue, sent a replacement part express mail.
I can truly state that this is a good company to buy products from and that their customer support and communication is outstanding.
My other recommendation is to contact them directly via email and not through their website portal. The direct email ([email protected]) is what is monitored and managed.

I saw from previous reviews already that the shower handle cord would curl up and wasn’t a big fan of that, but this shower system was on sale and it was just such a great deal that I went with it anyways. I am remodeling all of my bathrooms, and finally had it installed. I haven’t showered with it and it is for my guest bathroom, but the pressure is great from just turning it on to test, and seems to be very well made. Of course not pleased with the curly cord, but overall still looks nice enough and really can’t beat the price.

I ordered this shower system to install during my bathroom remodel. Once installed, the contractor determined that the cartridge was defective and needed to be replaced. I panicked and thought "Dang! I should have bought a name brand from Lowe's or Home Depot!" So on a Thursday afternoon I called the 800# for Customer Service and explained the problem. They asked me to send an email with the order # and my name and email address and they would take care of it. After I sent the email they send me a confirmation stating that the replacement cartridge was being shipped and I would get it on Saturday....2 days later. And sure enough, it was here on Saturday morning. I was so impressed with how quickly they made the issue right. AN I love my new shower system. It is both attractive and functional. I didn't have to pay shipping or any fees at all to get the replacement. As I remodel my other 2 bathrooms, I plan to use this Company's products.

If You are even thinking about bath remodel or just updating shower plumbing. This is a fantastic deal. I could not believe how the name brand competition is selling in piece meal parts. Talk about confusing! They want a sky high price for each little part. To complete a set like this! After I finally put together (what I think was a similar set) the price was about $1100.00 dollars total for this set up ! Also when you have a question or problem you can be sure of a quick resolution by email from this seller. I would go ten stars if I could. After all my research and trips to big box stores, that only left me frustrated! Also you are getting all metal parts, no plastic! this set has a very nice sturdy feel and RICH looks. This is the set for sure. So stop looking! I mounted my hand held shower head high because thought I may not like the larger shower head. However the main is shower head is fantastic too. I just wasn't sure if I would like the larger shower head. But turned out I love it as well. I like how it turned out see pic's. Thanks for reading. Also I paid full price and received no discount for this review.

Amazing product, semi difficult DIY

This is a great shower assembly and works very well once installed. I love the aesthetic and the matte black looks very clean.

Both shower heads work very well and you can use both at the same time or either at once with more pressure using the mixer valve.

My one complaint is the install instructions were pretty bad. Very poor illustration and the instructions are not very specific or thorough.

One example of poor instruction is the elbow they provide that connects to the mixer valve water supply and goes to the handheld shower head. The Elbow fits extremely tight to the finish tile and does not come with any sort of extension to provide some wiggle room. What I learned is that it only uses about a quarter of the threads until it gets a tight fit to the tile and contains a water tight seal when paired with a generous amount of Teflon tape. The key is making sure the female fitting at the end of the mixer valve supply that the elbow threads into is at minimum flush with the cement board and more ideally almost flush with the finish tile. The instructions on this elbow is almost non-existent.

The end result and the quality of the product outweighs the difficulty of install due to poor instructions.

Quickly resolved my Contractor’s mistake!

Contractor installed the shower valve too deep so couldn’t install the knob properly. I was pleasantly surprised I was able to get a hold gabrylly customer service right away from the # listed on the box. The rep gave me instructions to send pictures of my issue and they resolved my issue with 24 hrs! I am getting an extension kit to save my shower system!

Plumber installed it and stated the valve cartridge was defective causing the poor pressure. Otherwise I love the look but hope the water pressure issue can be resolved.
