WHAT IF condition IS ACTUALLY TOTALLY RIGHT

It should be possible to combine condition with "IS ACTUALLY TOTALLY RIGHT" which is useless but it looks like a valid syntax.

THis is the same as in JavaScrit

```
if (n > 10 === true) {

}
```

So it should be possible:

```
EXPERTS CLAIM number TO BE 10
WHAT IF number SMALLER THAN 100 IS ACTUALLY TOTALLY RIGHT
   YOU WON'T WANT TO MISS 'Totally true'
END OF STORY
```
