Set the CONFIG_SITE environment variable to the location of the site script, e.g.: ./configure CONFIG_SITE=./sites/config.site-all-static Alternatively copy the site script to 'prefix/share/config.site' or 'prefix/etc/config.site' and run the 'configure' script.
