Id like to make it easy to remove "on" and "via" from all modules

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

If I want to remove "via" and "on" from all modules, I have to export a config file (like from nerd fonts), then check docks to add the default format line, for the modules I want to remove, then manually remove the words via and on, etc.

Describe the solution you'd like

Powerlevel10k makes this very easy with a "concise" setting during its config wizard - perhaps starship can do something similar.
