As Pfam36 released in Sep 2023 and other tools (e.g. InterProScan) in this community updated correspondingly, incompatibility issue is emerging between these applications and hh-suite.
As my attempt to build one on myself failed due to set-up issue of addss.pl, I'm sincerely wondering if you have any plan to synchronize this update in your database (or if better, updating the addss.pl).
