Rename the plugin to Timeline, simply #85

Hi,
Unlike other plugins used to build Neatline exhibits, this one is independent and can be used single in Omeka.Furthermore, the javascript widget is Simile, that is independent from Neatline. So are you fine to rename the plugin "Timeline"? If ok, i'll push it.
