Allow users to create and install their own plugins/extensions.

• How might the plugins be written? NPM modules?
• How might users install a plugin through Reflex?

Any ideas about this would be welcomed! I think the ability to have a rich ecosystem of plugins for Reflex could be really powerful without overloading the core feature set.
