Issue Description

with ESX-core 1.11.3 phone does not open nor play animation. Previousley had it working with a non ESX server, but it does not work with ESX. I have followed all the steps during installation both on here and the ESX docs.

Issue Reproduction

F1 to open phone *settings in game and config.json are mapped correctly

Unfotunately there is no evidence do provide as all i do is press a key and nothing, there are no errors. here is a fresh log taken from the last boot:
