Problem Description

After creating a macvlan network and opening its property page, the "driver" is displayed as "null".

Version: Community Edition 2.21.4

Expected Behavior

Should display "macvlan"

Actual Behavior

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create new network with type set to "macvlan"
2. Open properties page of that network, find "type" row
