We can get it, but then the question becomes copyright/ terms of use. I actually think I have two of these backed up right now, so I actually have the data. Thoughts @iandees

What is the reasoning behind? Protecting resources against exhaustion (ddos) or unwillingness to share data abroad?

Can a proxy (person, software, vpn, tor...) export them to outside Serbia or would the license prohibit that?

What is the licence?
Can it be used for openaddresses?

The data is downloaded from here Download (geosrbija.rs) I do not know if you can access it without registration (which is free), but it can be also downloaded from the official government opendata webpage Адресни регистар (АР) - Отворени подаци (data.gov.rs)

Does that only work from within Serbia, or also from abroad?
Because from abroad i get ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT.
