一、IScroll移动端很卡，不流畅
只需要给wrapper元素加上：touch-action:none !important; 即可，不允许默认的touch行为。

二、在手机页面上onclick事件失效
在实例化IScroll时把click选项设置为true即可，也就是需要手动派发事件，不要设置preventDefault
