I see an error on Android
make: *** No rule to make target 'Image'. Stop. ,

Probably 4.19 doesn't support make Image. I'll confirm and make the change.

Todd has said that the EOL of 4.19 is January.

Not sure it's worthwhile to fix this one since 4.19 is EOL on Jan 1.

Let's remove 4.19 altogether. @nuclearcat Should we remove it now or wait to remove it in December?

Prepare PR with removal, we will discuss it on public weekly, if no objections, we will just remove it.

Remove android 4.14-stable branch as its EOL is January, 1, 2025.
Instead of fixing riscv failing builds on it, let's remove the branch
instead as EOL is very close.
