localinstall/kernelci: As is not directly a part of kernelci-deploy but downloaded as a kind of library, should be ignored or added as submodule.
The only reason I could think about not adding it as submodule is if in the future we want to add a argument for switch from production to staging version. Still probably is possible to pull the submodule and than update it to the staging version by the script.
This would partially solve creating a "dirty" git folder
