hi question, tv merge do the same like joining from fhs xmltv tools?

im been using tv merge , idk what issue is, but i have one xml (ab.xml) file that when i merge with other, the time zone from chanels (+0000,+0500 example) its not loading right on tivimate in my case, but using the same file (ab.xml) without merging shows the right time zone.
