The GPL and LGPL licenses were identified but still those licenses are not appearing in Concluded licenses.
For the OSS package, (Example: Coreutils-9.4) GPL 3.0 or later license was concluded and license clearing was done on 4/4/2024. When I tried to reuse the license clearing, noticed the above mention discrepancy.

Image 1 shows that GPL license is identified and marked as Main License.

Image 2:
Image 2 shows even after clearing the license, GPL is not listed in concluded license.

We are seeing this discrepancy after PostgreSQL upgrade.

Is any other organisation or people facing the same issue? If yes, how did you fix it? Is there any workaround or fixes for this issue.?
