Currently, hovering over an application icon in the dock displays a preview of its open windows. While this can be useful, it's not always desirable.

Introduce a toggle in the settings to disable window previews in the dock.

Optional enhancement:
When window previews are disabled, display the application's name as text when hovering over its dock icon. This would provide helpful context while maintaining a cleaner aesthetic.
