I have almost the same problem: for me, only the play/pause and skip buttons function on the media player--the song title does not update and there is no album art.

Oh 😀

You could first try using winget: winget install -e --id Amazon.Music

If that doesn't work, here's the installer which I downloaded from Microsoft Store: https://file.io/JFDHKHUQzLIe (can't upload .exe to Github)

Or you can use this site (https://store.rg-adguard.net/) to download the .appx file. (URL for store app: https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9nms233vm4z9)

Or you can use https://github.com/mjishnu/alt-app-installer to do the same programmatically. That program works great for installing MS Store apps without using the Store.

@ljbred08 could you try the last pre-release version v2.0.6 to see if it was fixed?

Unfortunately, after installing 2.0.6, nothing has changed. image
