Unable to use Action in Self Hosted Gitea #161

Hello, I am using the following workflow on my Gitea instance. The runner is running on the latest Ubuntu server.
Is there any way to support amd64 and arm?

 - name: Set up QEMU
    uses: docker/setup-qemu-action@v3
    with:
       platforms: all

And I get the following error
