We should not require community members that want to host OTelBin or want to develop it, to have a Clerk and/or Upstash API key. OTelBin cannot even open without these keys set in .env.

Features that require 3rd-party services like Clerk and Upstash must be made optional and the UI should hide them away if the 3rd-party services are not configured.
