Issue description:

Need to import a mesh with a UDIM system and had to look online only to realise there should be a 'Split by UDIM tile' option when you go to import a mesh. This option does not appear however and there seems to be no preferences or plugin to enable it.

Just to add as well that my mesh should have topology of the photo below (see below image) but looks completely messed up in wireframe mode in Armor Paint (see above image)

I don't know if this is to do with the UDIM import...
