Add Swap and Disk like x-ui

Describe the solution you'd like
Change the CPU Monitor to Swap Gauge
Change the RAM Monitor to Disk Gauge
CPU Gauge and CPU Monitor seem to be a bit repetitive.
RAM Gauge and RAM Monitor seem to be a bit repetitive.

This panel is the best proxy panel for sing-box!
Hope it can be more perfect.

These tiles are optional. You can add one of them instead of all!
I tried to providing multiple shapes for different needs.

The benefit of having HDD and swap are not as important as high fluctuatable values like cpu and ram.
They have more benefits.
Disk capacity gauge/graph is not in my plan, but I/O disk rate is.
With lower priority, they could be added in system data with one time on-page-load check ( all others have 2s refresh time )

I would appreciate it if you could add swap and disk options like x-ui.
