I work with variants of a single protein. Although the MSA varies, it always include the same 600 proteins:

>SRR6516165_4303999
>SRR6516165_10520663
>SRR6266851_1044072
>SRR6266849_1493257
>SRR6266516_842307
>SRR6059036_2792713
>SRR6056297_278567
>SRR5712692_251236
...

How can I download those sequences and create my own tiny database?
