Feature Request Description

Similar to how I use PowerToys FancyZones in Windows, i would love to have a toggle to ONLY activate the radial menu hotkey if a window is in the process of being dragged. This is a nice feature for users who use mouse to do a lot of window management.

Combined with the existing feature request for a grid, this would place Loop in a category as good as FancyZones on Mac.
