Bug Description

When having the window snap feature turned on, and a window is dragged to the top of the screen, the mouse starts to stutter when touching the screen edge.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Turn on window snapping
2. Drag a window to the top of the screen
3. Mouse stutters when touching top screen edge

Expected Behavior

Mouse shouldn't stutter when touching the screen edge

Actual Behavior

Mouse stutters when touching the screen edge
