Character animations break for vehicle gunners when they become net-relevant #1706

Describe the bug

In multiplayer, when Semovente 47/32 becomes relevant to a client, the gunner appears standing on top of the tank. Switching positions afterwards fixes it.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch a server with two clients.
  2. [Client 1] Spawn Semovente 47 (spawnvehicle semo47).
  3. [Client 1] Get on the gunner position.
  4. [Client 2] Either connect after step 3, or respawn on the other side of the map to make the tank irrelevant, then get back to it.
