Apple now selling refurb iPad 10, but here’s how to save more

Apple has officially started selling the iPad 10 through its certified refurbished store for $299. However, you can easily save more shopping elsewhere…

The iPad (10th generation) hitting Apple’s refurbished store was first spotted by MacRumors. The device was initially released in October 2022 for $449. Apple then dropped that price to $349 earlier this year when it also discontinued the iPad 9.

However, even though Apple’s $299 refurbished pricing might be tempting, you can save even more by shopping at Amazon or Best Buy. Amazon is currently selling the iPad 10 for $250 when you clip the on-page coupon, while Best Buy has it for $279.

The iPad 10 might be Apple’s most affordable iPad, but it still packs a punch. It features a modern design and is powered by the A14 Bionic chip. While that won’t get you Apple Intelligence support, it’s still plenty fast for all your day-to-day tasks. Plus, it’s available in a range of fun colors.

Apple Certified Refurbished Products are pre-owned Apple products that undergo Apple’s stringent refurbishment process before being offered for sale. Refurbished units are shipped in a special box with original accessories (in this case, a USB-C cable and power brick) and a one-year limited warranty. Refurbished Apple products are also eligible for AppleCare+ protection.
