Unwind with Wellness on Wednesdays
Unwind with Wellness on Wednesdays are free events held every Wednesday during the fall and spring semester. These events provide students with unique relaxation experiences like chair massages, therapy pets, do-it-yourself projects, and more.

National Public Health Week
During the first full week of April each year, the American Public Health Association brings together communities across the United States to observe National Public Health Week (NPHW) as a time to recognize the contributions of public health and highlight issues that are important to improving our nation's health.
