It didn't take long to see that Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition would be a huge hit. The game set a new single-day sales record on the Xbox Live Arcade last month, and now Minecraft creator Markus Persson (perhaps better known as Notch) has tweeted that the Xbox 360 version his game is the best-selling Xbox Live Arcade game ever, less than a month after launch. Apparently, the game has already sold over two million copies, according to a follow-up tweet by Daniel Kaplan, who serves as business developer for Minecraft publisher Mojang. Hitting the two million milestone isn't a huge shock — after all, the game managed to sell a cool million in less than one week. If Persson's claim is to be believed, it sounds like the Minecraft phenomenon might just be getting started.
