A new late-night snack bar has quietly opened in Gastown.

Spearheaded by hospitality veterans Ryan Tanner and Josh Ochotorena, Breeze Bar fills a much-needed gap in Vancouver’s dining landscape: a place where night owls and late-shift workers can enjoy a quality meal and drink after 10pm.

Housed in The Twisted Fork (which will still run its popular brunch during the day), Breeze Bar blends accessibility with a hint of luxury. The menu spans high-low offerings—from hot dogs with miso mustard to caviar—reflecting a laid-back but elevated vibe.

Breeze Bar leans into a playful “trashy and classy” aesthetic that it highlights on Instagram, where hot dogs meet caviar in a space that doesn’t take itself too seriously. Amazingly, there are 20 items for under $20. The beverage program underscores this mix, featuring wine from small, sustainable producers alongside pre-batched cocktails.

Breeze Bar is located at 213 Carall Street and is open from 6pm to 12pm, Wednesday through Saturday.
