NB: on Jan 28, Tanzania were disqualified from the final tournament for
    fielding Nurdin Bakari against Rwanda and Zambia; TFF claims he was
    born in 1988 but his club Simba listed him as born in 1983 when
    submitting their squad list for the CAF Champions League qualifiers.
    They are replaced by Zimbabwe (although Bakari did not play against
    them due to suspension).
