［パリ　２日　ロイター］ - 欧州中央銀行（ＥＣＢ）のドラギ総裁は２日、理事会後の会見で、ユーロ圏経済は引き続き緩やかに回復しているとの認識を示し、低金利を長期間維持する方針をあらためて表明した。

「第２・四半期の実質国内総生産（ＧＤＰ）の伸びが７四半期ぶりにプラスに転じたほか、９月までの信頼感データも、経済活動が低水準から緩やかに回復する見込みであることを裏付けている」と述べた。

その上で、政策金利は「長期間（an extended period of time）」、現在の水準、もしくはそれを下回る水準にとどまると重ねて強調した。
