While our florists will make every effort to keep your order as close to your order description or photograph as possible; we do reserve the right to substitute certain elements, of equal or greater value, if we feel they won’t be as beautiful as they could be, or if that particular item is unavailable.  We do however; promise to deliver you a gorgeous artisan bouquet/arrangement, lovingly designed with only the freshest flowers available.

We offer delivery to all surrounding areas with a $50 minimum, delivery costs are based on zip codes.  If you try and zip code and it doesn't work,  please use the closest larger towns zip code (i.e.  if you are in Port Kent, please enter Keeseville's zip code).

If you order after 12 pm, and would like same day delivery, an additional $10 will be charged.

We offer delivery Monday through Saturday.  No deliveries will be made on Sundays.

Please provide our florists with the recipient's phone number.  If the recipient is not home, we will do our best to contact them.  If they are unreachable, we will not leave the arrangement outside unless alternate arrangements have been made.  We will leave the recipient  an informational card letting them know where and when they will be able to pick up their arrangement.

Please be mindful when ordering that if you place your order after 5:30 pm, the order will not be received until the following business day.  We will do our best to deliver at your requested time.
