My mission is to provide high quality foot care to patients outside of the traditional medical office setting, with the continuity and individual attention necessary to avoid complications and/or a hospital admission.
I support our growing national interest of “aging in place” and provide foot screenings at community senior health fairs.
Certified Vendor of Podiatric Medical Services
City of New York | State of New York |
Board certified general podiatrist who has been taking care of patients in their homes since 1989, first in Chicago followed by his hometown of New York City from 1994 to present. He has special interests in dermatology, geriatrics, diabetes, peripheral neuropathy, and peripheral vascular disease.
In a time when so many healthcare practitioners are rushed, patients get his complete personal attention. He believes this is the best type of patient care, and is known for being thorough, gentle, compassionate, and for devoting as much time as is necessary to ensure complete understanding and explanation of your problem. This includes making himself available to discuss your case with family members, nurses, physicians, and the rest of your health care team.
If necessary, he will refer you to outside specialists he has worked with and trusts. He is not pressured to refer within a hospital system or insurance network.
He is committed to treating everyone in an ethical manner and demonstrates this by sitting on several institutional review boards which review research protocols to ensure human subjects are adequately protected.
