How we protect and retain your Personal Data
We have implemented appropriate technical, organizational and security measures designed to protect your Personal Data. We limit access to your Personal Data only to employees who need to have access to such information in order to provide you all the activities related to the Services and / or Products. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that the information will not be compromised as a result of unauthorized penetration to our servers. As the security of information depends in part on the security of the computer, device or network you use to communicate with us and the security you use to protect your user IDs and passwords, please make sure to take appropriate measures to protect this information.
Your Personal Data will be stored until we delete the record and we proactively delete it or you send a valid deletion request. Videos and photos uploaded for the purpose of our Product and Services are kept for up to one week and then deleted. We retain Personal Data that you provide to us where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, as long as is required to contact you about our Products and / or Services).
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your Personal Data, we securely delete the information or anonymize it or, if this is not possible, then we will safely store your Personal Data and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
If you have elected to receive marketing communications from us, we retain information about your marketing preferences for a reasonable period from the date you last expressed interest in our content, Products, and / or Services, such as when you last opened an email from us or ceased using our Products or Services.

Beamr does not share, distribute, sell or rent any of your Personal Data with/to third parties, except in the following circumstances:
To the extent necessary, if the information is required by law in order to prevent, investigate, or take action regarding illegal activities, situations involving potential threats to physical safety, rights, property or of any person, suspected fraud and violations of our Terms of Use. For the purpose of providing and operating our Sites, Services and /or Products, we may share information with trusted third-party partners who need to know for purpose of providing the Service to you. We will require that these third parties comply with this Privacy Policy.

When you purchase the Products through our Sites you will be redirected to one of our third party partners, Fastspring. In order to purchase the Software in our Vendor Partners websites you will need to provide them with details such as your credit card number, CVV number, its expiration date and any other details needed in order to facilitate the transaction. The websites of our Vendor Partners have different privacy policies and we urge you to review these as well. We are not responsible for any information provided to our Vendor Partners and we do not receive any payment details (such as credit card numbers) from them. International Transfers
Our Service may be provided using resources and servers located in various countries around the world. Therefore your personal data may be transferred across international borders outside the country where you use our Service, including countries that do not have laws providing specific protection for personal data or that have different legal rules on data protection.

We enable you to interact with third party websites, mobile software applications and products or services that are not owned or controlled by us (each a âThird Party Serviceâ). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Third Party Services. Please be aware that Third Party Services can collect Personal Data from you. Accordingly, we encourage you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of each Third Party Service.
Your Privacy Rights and how to Change or Delete Your Account
The following rights (which may be subject to certain exemptions or derogations) shall apply to certain individuals (some of which only apply to individuals protected by the GDPR):

All registered users may review, update or correct the Personal Data provided in their registration or account profile by changing their user preferences in their account. If you choose to opt out entirely, then your account may become deactivated and you will need to re-register should you decide to opt-in again. Log Files and Analytic tools
Our Products may collect information regarding the use of the Products, such as the number, resolution and file size of optimized photos/ videos in each session and overall, statistics of pressing different buttons in the app, errors and failures. This information is sent to third party service providers which analyze and integrate this information. We use this information to improve our Products and our Services.
We use log files. We use such information to analyze trends, administer the Sites, track usersâ movement around the Sites, and gather demographic information.

Google Suite. The Sites use a tool called âGoogle Suiteâ. Hotjar. The Sites use Hotjar in order to better understand our usersâ needs and to optimize this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and donât like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our usersâ behavior and their devices. This includes a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our Sites. Specific Provisions Applicable Under California Privacy Law

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits our customers who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Data to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
