Best aware playback not working

My best aware is not playing back any of my videos like it use to. I can get into live mode but no history. I have confirmed my subscription is still being taken out of my account.

Thank you for reaching out to the community. I apologize for the inconvenience you're experiencing with your Nest Aware subscription when checking video recordings. Let me help you with that.


Before we troubleshoot, please provide the following information:

  • What type of Nest camera do you have?
  • Are you using the Google Home or Nest app to check the recordings?
  • Has the camera successfully recorded and saved videos in the past?
  • Is all of the video history missing, or just specific portions?
  • How is the Wi-Fi connection in the area where the camera is located?


Once I have this information, I can help diagnose the issue and provide a resolution.
